Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide safe, patient-centered care using the nursing process across a Labor & Birth unit. The RN collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to evaluate care, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality per Mercy’s standards.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, supporting high-quality outcomes, and complying with certification requirements while delivering compassionate, faith-based care 24/7.

Qualifications

• The RN must graduate from a nursing program (BSN, Diploma, or Associate).
• Current RN license in the hiring state or compact license is required.
• Basic Life Support certification is required or completed within 30 days of hire.
