Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• RN licensure and BCLS required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions (e.g., CPR).
• Maintain infection control standards and ensure patient safety across units.
• Document patient care thoroughly in the medical record and support patient education.
