The RN will collaborate with physicians and the care team, administer medications, and educate patients and families per protocols while maintaining safety and high-quality care.

Ideal candidates have 0-2 years in a clinical nursing role or student rotations, strong nursing process knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required.
• Strong knowledge of the nursing process and clinical nursing practices.
• Ability to perform thorough patient assessments and communicate findings effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers patient-centered care according to nursing process.
• Administers prescribed medications and documents administration.
• Assists physicians during procedures within the scope of competency.
• Educates patients and families on care plans and post-discharge needs.
• Maintains infection control protocols and safety standards.
