Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student clinical rotations in an acute care.
• Active RN licensure in/state licensure or compact state licensure.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop care plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency scope.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care.
• Ensure infection control and safety standards are followed.
