- BLS within 6 months of hire.
- ACLS within 6 months of hire.
- NRP within 6 months of hire.
Responsibilities
- Leads clinical, operational, and financial activities to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Manages staffing, budgets, and performance.
- Fosters collaboration with physicians and teams, drives patient satisfaction.
- Identifies the clinical and professional development needs of nursing staff and develops education programs.
- Plans and implements quality improvement programs for clinical education and environment of care.
- Reviews patient and staff data to measure the effectiveness of patient care.
- Develops and evaluates programs and services aligned with system goals.
- Promotes workforce safety and maintains infection-control policies.
