Job summary

GENNTE Technologies seeks a Director of Labor & Delivery to provide executive leadership for clinical operations, staffing, and quality programs. You will collaborate with physicians, midwives, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compassionate care for mothers and newborns while optimizing outcomes and experience.

You will oversee budget, resources, and regulatory compliance, with 10+ years of L&D clinical experience and 5+ years in leadership.

Qualifications

• BSN required; Master’s preferred in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in Labor & Delivery clinical care with 5+ years in leadership.
• Colorado RN license current or ability to obtain; BLS, ACLS, NRP required.
• Maternal/neonatal certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for Labor & Delivery.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop nursing and clinical staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Monitor performance and drive safe, high-quality patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, neonatal teams and leadership.
