Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Nurse with current license in good standing.
• Minimum of two years of Labor & Delivery experience required.
• BLS and Advanced Fetal Monitoring certifications required; NRP and ACLS certifications also required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care during labor, delivery, and immediate postpartum to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Manage staffing levels, patient flow, mentoring staff, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, safety protocol adherence, and timely escalation of clinical concerns.
• Support onboarding of new employees and participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
