Qualifications

• 10 years of recent nursing experience in Women's Services, Labor and Delivery, PICU, NICU, and PEDS.
• 5 years of leadership experience in relevant services.
• Ability to oversee large teams and manage care quality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, NICU, and maternal care services.
• Lead leadership development for department managers.
• Ensure adherence to service line quality and growth initiatives.
