Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care per unit standards of care.
• Prepares and compiles patient records.
• Assists RN and LPN with patient care activities.
• Communicates clearly with charge nurse, staff and physicians.
• Documents patient data in computer and paper systems.
• Rotates between desk and floor assignments.
• Assists Nurse Supervisor and Manager as requested.
• Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
