The Freeman Company in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Labor Control Coordinator to provide labor-scheduling services for the branch and interact with customers, team members, and vendors to ensure service excellence. This full-time in-office role supports the Event & Exhibit Services team and may require travel.
Responsibilities include clerical duties, extensive Excel usage, file creation for each job/show, and coordination with IT for equipment and tickets processing.

It is the responsibility of the Labor Control Coordinator to provide labor-scheduling services for the branch. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to provide the highest level of service excellence.
This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show-site based out of Las Vegas, NV.
