  • Certified Payroll Collection & Review - Collect certified payroll and prevailing wage reports from subcontractors and assist in reviewing submissions for completeness and accuracy.
  • Compliance Tracking & Issue Flagging - Help identify discrepancies or non-compliance issues in documentation and escalate them to the Labor Compliance Specialist.
  • Database & System Support - Assist with the use of labor compliance tracking systems (e.g., LCPtracker, CA DIR), ensuring timely data entry and updates to project logs and databases.
  • Coordination & Communication - Facilitate communication between internal teams and subcontractors, schedule follow-ups, and assist in preparing compliance materials and tracking action items.

Additional Job Duties

  • Maintain incident logs of non-compliance and support resolution tracking.
  • Perform basic reporting functions from compliance tools.
  • Support scheduling and follow-ups with subcontractors.
  • Assist with meeting material prep and logistical support for compliance meetings.
  • Assist in verifying subcontractor registrations, licenses, and other required pre-job documentation.
  • Help collect and organize apprenticeship-related paperwork and ensure required forms are submitted to the appropriate agencies.
  • Aid in organizing and archiving compliance records to meet document retention standards and assist with audit requests as needed.
  • Assist with onboarding subcontractors to company compliance procedures and tools.
  • Support occasional quality control reviews of past submissions to identify missing information or opportunities for process improvement.
  • Support communication needs with subcontractors or partners, including clarification of compliance expectations or follow-ups.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with compliance tracking tools (e.g., LCPtracker, CA DIR eCPR) is preferred but not required.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.

• Clear verbal and written communication skills, with professionalism in interactions across all levels.

• Highly detail-oriented, with accuracy in documentation and data management.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
