Job summary

Gafcon PM-CM LLC is seeking a Labor Compliance Analyst to support publicly funded public works projects in San Diego County. The role includes logging, auditing, and reporting duties to ensure compliance with prevailing wage and related requirements.

The candidate should have at least 1 year of labor compliance experience, strong document review skills, and proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus; strong communication is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Labor Compliance Analyst preferred.
• Extensive understanding of Labor Compliance policies, procedures, and practices.
• Knowledge of California Labor Code related to Public Works Projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and verifies payroll records, benefit statements, and apprenticeship paperwork for compliance.
• Issues requests for missing or revised documentation and coordinates with contractor staff.
• Completes audits and calculates underpayments, fines, penalties; forwards to client counsel for approval.
