Job summary

Global Channel Managementinc in Los Angeles is seeking a Labor Compliance Specialist to oversee wage compliance programs and related data processes. You will monitor the labor compliance program, audit records, and prepare reports to support accurate payroll and contractor documentation.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of similar experience, with at least 5 years in workforce contract compliance, data collection, and document generation.

Qualifications

• 5 years working experience related to Workforce contract compliance requirements.
• 3-5 years similar work experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Outlook, spreadsheets and data entry.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities; communicate with internal/external customers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, audit and enforce Labor Compliance Program.
• Maintain Certified Payroll system and ensure correct wages.
• Develop and deliver customer reports from organized data.
• Assist with maintaining databases including equipment history and work orders.
• Assist with contract booking documents and invoice tracking.
• Perform simple account balancing and reconciliation.
