Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Experience in California public works labor compliance or certified payroll review.
• Experience reviewing Certified Payroll Records (CPRs) and Statement of Compliance forms.

Responsibilities

• Review contractor and subcontractor Certified Payroll Records (CPRs) for accuracy and compliance.
• Verify proper classification of workers, wage rates, and overtime calculations.
• Identify and flag labor compliance violations and communicate discrepancies.
