Qualifications

• 1–8 years experience in labor and employment law.

• Familiarity with California Labor Commissioner, NLRB, Cal/OSHA or class actions/PAGA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent construction clients in wage/hour disputes, harassment and discrimination claims, and union grievances.
• Provide compliance training, prepare employee handbooks and workplace policies, review employment contracts.
• Handle prevailing wage actions and other employment-related matters as needed.
• Collaborate with partners and senior associates to develop practical solutions for clients.

If you have or would like experience with the California Labor Commissioner, the NLRB, Cal/OSHA or class action and representation PAGA lawsuits, this is for you. We also handle compliance training, preparing employee handbooks and workplace policies, reviewing and drafting employment contracts, and prevailing wage actions, to name a few.

Base Salary Range: $150,000 to $285,000 - dependent on class year and applicable experience
