Responsibilities

• Represent employers in class and individual employment litigation matters.
• Advise clients on wage and hour compliance, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, and accommodations.
• Draft and review personnel policies and employment agreements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare briefs, motions, and other written work product.
• Work directly with clients from a variety of industries across the country.
• Collaborate with partners and colleagues in the Labor & Employment Group on complex matters.
• Take ownership of assigned matters and manage them from start to finish.

An established global firm based in San Francisco, CA with over 50 years in practice is seeking a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney with 3-5+ years of experience to join their team onsite. This role offers the chance to work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country, handling wage and hour class and individual actions, employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, leaves of absence, employee accommodations, personnel policies, and employment agreements.
