Beacon Hill Legal’s client, a multinational goods company, is seeking an experienced NY or CA barred Employment Counsel for a part-time, open-ended, remote assignment. The attorney would work directly with the company and assist with advising on employment law issues in the retail space. Responsibilities include handling and resolving disputes and investigations related to employee misconduct or concerns.
