A leading insurance company is seeking a Trial Attorney to represent clients in bodily injury and property damage cases. This role involves preparing for hearings, trials, and mediations while ensuring effective communication with clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor and relevant experience, with a commitment to legal excellence and client service.
The Trial Attorney represents insureds and the Company in the defense of bodily injury and property damage lawsuits, subrogation, and other litigated cases. This position prepares for and conducts hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions.

Annual salary ranges from $66,800 to $120,650, based on experience and qualifications. Bonus eligibility applies.
The candidate will be required to submit to a background investigation.
