Duties

1. Handle all phases of employment litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, hearings, and trials

3. Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda, briefs, and other legal documents
4. Collaborate with other attorneys on complex litigation strategies and case planning
5. Represent clients in federal and state courts, as well as before administrative agencies

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of litigation experience in employment law matters
