Associate Director - Head of USA at Interlink Talent Solutions

Our client is a top 100 law firm, they are seeking a mid to senior level associate to join the Labor & Employment Department in either their Los Angeles or San Francisco office.

We are looking for a high-performing attorney with:

• 3+ years of experience advising and representing employers in employment law matters, with at least 2 years focused on California law
• Proven experience handling matters involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour disputes
• Class action experience is strongly preferred
• Strong academic credentials, excellent research/writing skills, and a proactive communication style

You’ll join a team that values collaboration, ambition, and the ability to cut through complexity quickly and effectively. We're growing our national practice and want someone who’s ready to contribute at a high level and build long-term.

Requirements:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the California Bar
• Submit cover letter, resume, law school transcript, and writing sample

Compensation:

• $240,000 – $420,000, commensurate with experience
• Eligible for discretionary bonus based on performance
