An international Top 50 AM Law Firm is seeking a talented Labor & Employment Associate to join their L&E group in Orange County.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country.

The ideal candidate will have :

• 3-4 years of employment litigation experience, including class and single plaintiff actions involving claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and other areas of California labor & employment law.
• Experience conducting complex fact investigations and analysis, preparing deposition outlines, researching, writing, and arguing motions, and participating in trial teams.
• Juris Doctor; qualified candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in California.

The firm is offering a salary range of $250,000 - $310,000.
