Ando is seeking a Labor Analyst and Product Specialist in the United States for a hybrid role that blends data analysis with frontline operations experience. You will turn data into actionable labor insights and automated scheduling recommendations while working closely with customers and internal teams.

You will own weekly relationships, present quarterly business reviews to executives, and help translate findings for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Experience running multi-site restaurant or retail operations.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Willing to learn SQL and technical tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end labor and operational analyses, turning raw data into insights and recommendations.
• Ingest customer labor data and translate into automated schedule recommendations.
• Analyze schedule-vs-actual outcomes weekly and tune inputs to meet goals.
• Contribute to Ando's labor matrix for labor prediction and optimization.
• Run geographic labor cost and usage analyses for product insights.
• Own weekly customer relationships and lead status updates with executives at accounts.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with executives; present numbers in the business language.
• Translate technical findings for CFO, district managers, and hourly employees.
• Anticipate customer needs and deliver unrequested improvements.
• Collaborate with engineering and product to translate real-world needs into enhancements.
• Independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
