Ando is seeking a Labor Analyst and Product Specialist in the United States for a hybrid role that blends data analysis with frontline operations experience. You will own weekly relationships, present quarterly business reviews to executives, and help translate findings for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

  • Willing to learn SQL and technical tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end labor and operational analyses, turning raw data into insights and recommendations.
  • Ingest customer labor data and translate into automated schedule recommendations.
  • Analyze schedule-vs-actual outcomes weekly and tune inputs to meet goals.
  • Contribute to Ando's labor matrix for labor prediction and optimization.
  • Run geographic labor cost and usage analyses for product insights.
  • Own weekly customer relationships and lead status updates with executives at accounts.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews with executives; present numbers in the business language.
  • Translate technical findings for CFO, district managers, and hourly employees.
  • Anticipate customer needs and deliver unrequested improvements.
  • Collaborate with engineering and product to translate real-world needs into enhancements.
  • Independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
