Jobot is seeking a dynamic Label Sales representative for a manufacturing company in the Midwest. The role focuses on driving growth, maintaining key accounts, and leveraging knowledge of Domino Printing machines to showcase product labeling solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales, strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and a willingness to travel. This full-time position offers uncapped commissions and a competitive benefits package.

• 5+ years of experience in sales, with account management focus.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth.
• Establish productive relationships with key personnel in accounts.
• Lead nationwide sales team members to achieve targets.
• Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
• Use Domino Printing to create product labels meeting client needs.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Product Development to ensure branding.
