Job summary

You will initiate production jobs from client specs, monitor progress, and expedite responses to keep orders moving efficiently. Responsibilities include creating accurate press tickets and estimates, maintaining status reports, coordinating proofs, and generating reports to manage client jobs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Label-Traxx software preferred.
• Experience in a Print Production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate and timely press tickets based on client art and the quote/purchase order.
• Provide daily contact with Scheduling, Prepress, Clients, Sales, and Account Services to ensure excellent communication and timely coordination on all production aspects.
• Create accurate and timely estimates based on client specifications.
• Maintain an up-to-date status report.
