Job summary

Target Printing Services is seeking a skilled Print Planner to own estimating and production planning for Target Printing Services work. You will partner with Project Managers and Account Managers to translate project requirements into actionable, cost-effective production plans and to coordinate materials and outside services to meet deadlines.

The role emphasizes balancing cost, efficiency, quality, and timelines while maintaining precise estimates, tickets, and instructions for on-site

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in print planning, estimating, print production, or related role.
• Experience using Monarch Estimating and Planning or similar systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of print production workflows, materials, finishing and planning.

Responsibilities

• Own estimating, production planning and ordering of materials and outside services.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Account Managers to translate requirements into production plans.
• Coordinate material and vendor timing to meet job due dates and optimize cost and quality.
• Support prototyping, test runs and production trials as needed.
