The role involves working with Project Managers, Sales, and production to determine efficient methods, enter orders, prepare art, and manage P.O.s for prep and outside print houses. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• Graphic arts knowledge, lithographic printing, pre-press and display fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Compare quotes to artwork and note changes; seek cost savings.
• Coordinate with Project Manager/Sales to verify purchase orders and quotes.
• Coordinate with production and other planners to determine best production methods.
• Enter orders, prepare art for the prep department, and issue P.O. for prep and outside printers.
• Maintain records for billing and future reference; ensure accurate documentation.
• Contact customers as needed to gather information or answer questions.
• Submit billing information for invoicing.
