Personalization Mall in Lake Forest, IL is seeking a Label Print Coordinator to coordinate label printing, sorting, and distribution within Shipping. The role uses computers, label printers, email, and shipping systems to release print jobs and generate shipping reports.

You will train and support Label Printer and Sorting Technicians, maintain shipping records, report volumes, and collaborate with IT for printer or system issues.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills.
• WMS and/or Oracle knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of MicroPlex HD label printers is helpful.
• Previous Shipping department experience is a plus.
• Previous computer, customer service, label processing, and/or printing experience is a plus.
• Experience on a picking or shipping line is helpful but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus and preferred.
• Ability to learn new processes and systems; training provided on the job.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily label printing, sorting, and distribution.
• Use computers and printers to release and print shipping labels.
• Process shipping labels accurately, paying attention to label details and sorting requirements.
• Train and support coworkers on label printing and sorting functions.
• Maintain label printers and ensure adequate printer supplies.
• Maintain daily shipping records and prepare daily shipping volume reports.
• Use email and Excel files to communicate volumes and shipping information.
• Work with WMS/Oracle systems, queries, and Excel files as needed.
• Communicate with IT for printer or system-related issues.
• Assist with other Shipping functions as needed.
• Support other departments when production needs require.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
