Job summary

PALCO Industrial Marking and Labeling, Inc. seeks a Production Coordinator Assistant to join our operations team in Omaha.

This role supports the Label Coordinator and helps ensure orders are processed, manufactured, and shipped on schedule with accuracy and attention to detail. You will collaborate with Warehouse Lead, perform quality checks on finished orders, and assist with loading/unloading, stock management, and end-of-day cleanup.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Warehouse Lead to issue and return stock for production.
• Perform quality control inspections on finished label orders prior to shipment.
• Accurately close completed label orders in Label Traxx production software.
• Prepare and ship label orders, including both made-to-order and stocked items.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed, particularly to provide coverage during breaks.
• Restock shelves and maintain organized production inventory storage areas.
• Assist with end-of-day facility tasks, including trash removal and general cleanup.
• Work cohesively and consult with sales, accounting, graphics, and operations team members within the organization, as well as customers and vendors when needed.
