Job summary

Avery Dennison is seeking a Label Machine Operator to own advanced labeling technology and deliver high-quality products. We are looking for a mechanically inclined "Technical Pilot" who is accountable and thrives in a performance-driven environment.

This role will operate Sun-Tue 6AM-6PM, Wed 6AM-12PM, and offers starting pay at $20-21/hr plus a $500 sign-on bonus. You will monitor equipment, log materials in the ERP, and collaborate with the production team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–2 years of related manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Strong mechanical skills and the ability to analyze equipment performance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
• Color vision proficiency to distinguish product variations.

Responsibilities

• Operate label machines efficiently to meet daily production deadlines while minimizing material waste.
• Use your mechanical aptitude to monitor equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and identify root causes.
• Maintain accurate logs of raw materials using our ERP system and pursue a zero-defect mindset.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and collaborate with the production team to ensure site health.
