Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; engineering degree preferred.
• 2+ years in product management, technical sales, or market development.
• Experience with BOPP films and labels converting preferred.
• Manufacturing experience valued; strong communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% (domestic/international).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to align Americas Labels strategy with Ti global objectives.
• Define and manage a differentiated product portfolio.
• Coordinate activities between Ti functional groups to meet customer needs.
• Drive product development with R&D, manufacturing, planning, and sales.
• Support Sales with differentiated product value propositions and training.
• Support Marketing with market messaging and technical data.
• Oversee product specifications and fitness-for-use.
• Coordinate with Quality for root-cause investigations and corrective actions.
• Perform other related duties as required.
