The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with strong technical knowledge and capability, ideally combined with business and marketing acumen.
Communication and interpersonal skills will be utilized to coordinate with all functions including R&D, applications engineering, planning, manufacturing, marketing, sales, finance, purchasing and most importantly with customers and the market.
Minimum college education of a bachelor's degree. An Engineering Degree (mechanical, chemical, packaging)is preferred.
