Job summary

Kyo is seeking a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) / Program Supervisor in the Seattle area to lead supervision and direct ABA therapy for children and teens. The role supports families across home, school, and community settings, with a 50% supervision duty expectation and weekday availability.

Compensation includes a $2000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, with pay rates of $27/hr for direct therapy and $31/hr for supervision duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and LABA certification required.
• BACB-verified course sequence and ABA coursework completed.
• 2 years ABA experience; 12+ ABA units OR equivalent experience.
• Experience designing/implementing ABA services with children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver play-based, evidence-based ABA therapy for children with autism.
• Train, mentor, and coach therapists and caregivers to maintain treatment integrity.
• Collaborate with a BCBA on assessments, treatment planning, and documentation.
