Responsibilities

• Perform routine and non-routine GMP testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
• Execute approved testing procedures and protocols to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Collect and prepare samples for laboratory testing.
• Operate, maintain, calibrate, and verify laboratory instruments and testing equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and support timely resolution to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate records of sample information, testing activities, and results.
• Prepare and update documentation related to GMP testing procedures.
• Ensure testing activities comply with GMP regulations, internal quality standards, and established procedures.
• Support investigations related to product quality deviations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance, manufacturing, quality control, and other cross-functional teams.
• Communicate testing results and support corrective actions when required.
• Follow all laboratory safety procedures and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve GMP testing processes, efficiency, and overall product quality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Previous experience as a GMP Test Technician or similar role in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of GMP regulations and quality assurance processes.
• Experience operating and troubleshooting laboratory testing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
