Job summary

Qualifications

• Two or more years related experience and/or training.
• Prior experience in an ISO/IEC or A2LA certified laboratory required.
• Associate’s degree in a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Access and understand controlled work instructions and procedures.
• Open and identify needed prints to complete lab tasks.
• Understand and adhere to all lab safety protocols.
• Ensure efficient and accurate tracking of laboratory tasks.
• Communicate with the laboratory manager regularly to ensure rapid resolution of issues and consistency of applied methodologies.
• Assemble, inspect, and disassemble production and RMA ATDs and testing equipment.
• Perform certification testing on new production and RMA ATDs and testing equipment.
• Measure parts for conformity with specifications.
• Create transducer databases from calibration reports.
• Align, repair, replace, and balance component parts.
• Communicate basic information to CSRs for customer orders.
• Maintain and support laboratory compliance with ISO-17025 requirements, including internal auditing.
• Complete, maintain, and process pertinent paperwork and records.
• Read and comprehend testing report readouts and graphs.
• Utilize data collection software, DTS, and ATDM preferred.
