Wonder is seeking a dependable Lab Technician in Boston to maintain our lab facilities and support engineering teams with daily operations. You will help keep spaces organized, safe, and stocked while enabling innovation through hands-on assistance.

The role requires 5 days a week in the office, 42.5 hours per week, and involves light assembly, part post-processing, and coordinating with vendors for equipment care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in technology, engineering, or robotics is a plus.
• Comfort with hand tools and basic physical assembly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization across 2–3 active lab spaces.
• Keep tools and materials organized, returned, and stored after use.
• Handle daily workspace resets and clear excess items to recycling areas.
• Serve as point of contact for daily deliveries and intake of packages.
• Learn floor machinery status and coordinate routine care with vendors.
• Log spare parts, consumables, and shop supplies to ensure stock.
• Assist engineers with light assembly and prototyping tasks.
