Job summary

Atinary Technologies is pioneering Self-Driving Labs and scalable AI-powered chemistry platforms. Based in Boston with a global scope, the Lab Technician will execute precise bench operations and support automated workflows that convert physical experiments into digital insights.

You will maintain and calibrate analytical instruments, manage reagents and inventory, and ensure safety and quality across all lab activities to enable rapid discovery and reproducible results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related scientific field.
• 1–3 years hands-on lab work in synthetic organic chemistry labs.
• Experience reading 1H/13C NMR spectra and LCMS data.
• Ability to prepare reagents and run routine workflows on analytical instruments.
• Strong knowledge of lab safety, hazardous materials handling, waste disposal, and PPE.
• Excellent written and spoken English for cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reagents, load samples, and run automated synthesis workflows for small molecule chemistry.
• Verify reaction outcomes by processing 1H/13C NMR spectra and LCMS data.
• Maintain automated platforms, perform routine maintenance, solvent refills, and waste management.
• Order chemicals and lab supplies, manage chemical inventory, and calibrate instruments as needed.
• Ensure strict safety standards and PPE compliance across the lab.
