Job summary

Menasha Corporation in Wisconsin is seeking a Lab/Test Engineer to perform testing protocols and collect data in lab and manufacturing settings. You will compile results, communicate findings, and support new product development while adhering to ISO procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree is required; Bachelor's in science, math or engineering preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience; 4+ years preferred.
• Experience with forklift/Powered Industrial Trucks (PITs).
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to interact with engineering, manufacturing and sales teams; liaison across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing protocols and data collection in lab and manufacturing environments.
• Compile and communicate data, charts and photos in reports or white papers to requester and/or Product Test Engineer.
• Aid in maintaining a safe work environment through housekeeping and sample organization.
• Assist with new product development.
• Serve as technical liaison between cross-functional teams for joint development opportunities.
• Adhere to ISO quality procedures and processes.
• Guide and support other lab personnel as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
