Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Lab Technician to perform testing protocols and data collection in laboratory and manufacturing settings. The role supports product development, ensures ISO quality adherence, and liaises with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to drive continuous improvement.

Required are 2+ years of related experience and an Associate's Degree, with a bachelor’s in science/math/engineering preferred. forklift experience and SAP/Microsoft Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; science/math/engineering preferred.
• 2+ years relevant experience; PITs experience preferred.
• ISO environment and product development exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Apply protocols to evaluate product performance.
• Compile and communicate data via reports, charts, photos as required.
• Maintain a safe work environment through housekeeping and sample organization.
• Assist with new product development.
• Serve as technical liaison between cross-functional teams for development opportunities.
• Adhere to ISO quality procedures and processes.
• Guide and support other lab personnel as needed.
• Administer programs as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
