Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Product Test Engineer to develop, execute, and supervise testing of plastic containers. You will analyze data and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring equipment is calibrated and documented. You will mentor others and contribute to growth culture across ORBIS.

Travel ~10% for production trials and customer evaluations. The role emphasizes maintaining testing procedures, collaborating with a Lab Manager, and promoting a One ORBIS

Qualifications

• Associate degree and experience in plastic product testing
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical) preferred
• Experience may be considered in lieu of education

Analyze test data and provide meaningful interpretation and communication to relevant parties, both internal and external. Be responsible for maintenance of necessary testing equipment and coordinate with Lab Manager to ensure all equipment is properly operating, calibrated, and documented. Be actively engaged in growth culture through mentoring and training programs, both as provider and receiver.**Key Duties and Responsibilities:** 1. Prioritize, interpret, and communicate value adding testing opportunities to the business3.
