Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Laboratory Technician to support material testing and evaluation for ORBIS materials within our Wisconsin operations. You will collect data, run tests on instrumentation such as FTIR, DSC, TGA, and Instron, and produce comprehensive lab reports for internal customers.

The role requires an Associate's Degree, 1–2 years of lab or plastics production experience, and proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office. Travel is modest and collaboration across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree required; science/engineering field preferred.
• 1–2 years related lab or plastics production experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate materials; provide data and reports.
• Perform testing with FTIR, DSC, TGA, Instron, injection molding, etc.
• Write accurate lab reports with charts and images.
• Develop and implement new test methods for material characterization.
• Provide technical guidance to internal/external customers as needed.
• Support continuous quality improvement activities.
