Job summary

Dexcom, a leader in CGM technology, seeks an experienced Lab Technician to execute diverse lab tests and document observations. You will follow safety protocols, maintain equipment, and manage data entry across datasheets and databases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years of related experience in a lab environment.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with mechanical and/or wet lab testing is preferred.
• Ability to follow and edit written procedures for commercial use.
• Strong communication skills with teams and customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute a wide variety of testing in a laboratory setting and make detailed observations.
• Follow laboratory protocols, test procedures, and chemical safety guidelines.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, glassware, and inventory levels of consumables.
• Assist with testing traceability by filing, recordkeeping, and entering data into datasheets and databases.
• Support processing of large data sets using set programs and macros.
• Perform limited troubleshooting for laboratory equipment.
• Assist with test method validations and GRR testing.
• Support process qualification testing.
• Ideate and execute continuous improvement projects to improve the lab.
• Maintain 6S best practices.
