Qualifications

• Experience in a lab environment with mechanical or wet lab testing.
• Ability to follow and edit written procedures for commercial use.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred; macros for data analysis advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute a wide variety of testing in a laboratory setting and document observations.
• Follow laboratory protocols, test procedures, and chemical safety guidelines.
• Maintain equipment, glassware, and consumables inventory.
• Assist with data entry into datasheets and databases for traceability.
• Support processing of large data sets with set programs and macros.
• Provide limited troubleshooting for laboratory equipment.
• Assist with test method validations and GRR testing.
• Support process qualification testing and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain 6S best practices.
