Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately compound seasoning, marinad, topical, coating or condiment formulations.
• Lead technician support for iterative development sessions and ensure timely communication with product developers.
• Observe and troubleshoot dry blends for dustiness, clumping, separation, and related issues.
• Run basic lab testing including bulk density, flow tests, pH and particle size.
• Prepare for runs, maintain GMPs and housekeeping, and assist in commercialization processes.
• Organize lab materials and manage inventory using computerized systems.
