Position Summary
The Lab Tech maintains and improves patients' oral health by fabricating fixed and removable prostheses according to dentist prescriptions.

Essential Position Functions

1. Interpret lab Rx, manage supply inventory, maintain and operate equipment, produce models and perform articulation, follow infection control procedures, finish and polish appliances, and handle shipping and receiving.
2. Perform all duties within the guidelines of the company’s infection control protocol.
3. Spend approximately 60% of time performing tasks in categories such as Crown & Bridge, Dentures & Partials, and Orthodontics, including model work, fabrication, repairs, and processing.

Education And Experience
High school diploma or GED required; dental tech trade preferred or equivalent experience enabling performance of essential functions.

Expected Hourly Range
$23—$28.84 USD, depending on experience.

Compensation
Base pay varies based on factors like education, skills, experience, location, and internal equity. Incentive pay may also apply.

Physical Requirements
Primarily sitting and standing, with occasional walking, bending, and carrying light items. Use of computer and office equipment required.
