Job Overview:

We are seeking a Calibration Lab Technician (II) to support our organization by calibrating and maintaining inspection, measuring, and test equipment used across manufacturing facilities. The role involves calibrating equipment that measures pressure, flow, torque, temperature, time, weight, and dimensions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calibrate and perform routine maintenance on test equipment using documented procedures and manuals.
  • Maintain calibration standards and update procedures as needed.
  • Prepare calibration reports and verify calibration requirements.
  • Identify and address out-of-tolerance conditions.
  • Maintain records and ensure calibration database accuracy.
  • Participate in 5S and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of calibration experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, initiative, and ownership.
  • Effective communication skills at all organizational levels.
  • Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident due to export control laws.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree in a technical discipline.
  • Up to 8 years of experience calibrating various measurement devices.
  • Knowledge of ISO 10012 or equivalent standards.
