Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, is seeking a Laboratory Technician II to perform physical and durability testing on supplementary cementitious materials following ASTM and MTRF SOPs. This role supports the MTRF management with assigned projects and data interpretation.

Responsibilities include collecting test data, preparing performance reports, maintaining lab housekeeping, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong math skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Good organization and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to interpret ASTM Standards and Eco Material Technologies SOPs.
  • 2 years minimum relevant work experience.
  • ACI Certifications required and maintained.

Job Summary

The Laboratory Technician II is responsible for testing all aspects of physical testing and durability testing for supplementary cementitious materials. All tests will be performed following ASTM and MTRF Standard Operating Procedures. This position is expected to handle job assignments as determined by the management of the MTRF.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform physical and durability testing on supplementary cementitious materials

  • 2 years minimum relevant work experience

  • Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade I
  • Concrete Strength Testing Technician
  • Aggregate Testing Technician – Level 1
  • Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds
