Job summary

Eco Material Technologies, a CRH Company, is seeking a Laborer to help keep the facility site clean during and after projects and to assist equipment operators with various physical tasks. This role involves working on-site, complying with safety policies, and supporting a range of light construction activities.

The ideal candidate will be able to lift up to 50 pounds, work in extreme weather, climb ladders, and operate a manual transmission vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy machinery, including construction vehicles.
• Perform set-up and clean-up tasks at job site; includes sweeping, shoveling, raking and cleaning equipment using a pressure washer.
• Perform general maintenance of construction equipment.
• Assist in loading and unload of equipment and materials.
• Spotting for equipment operators.
• Provide labor support as needed.
• Regular attendance, timeliness, and scheduling flexibility.

Job Summary

The Laborer assists in ensuring the facility site is kept clean both during and after projects. Additionally, this position would be responsible for assisting equipment operators at the facility and carrying out any physical activities required.

Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Ability to operate a manual transmission vehicle
• Comfortable working in high stress environment with extreme weather conditions
• Ability to climb ladders and navigate heights

• Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures

Compensation

• The hourly pay rate is $18/hr.
