Job summary

Ash Grove Cement, a CRH Company, is seeking a Lab Technician II to support physical and durability testing of supplementary cementitious materials. The role follows ASTM standards and internal SOPs, reporting data and maintaining lab quality.

This position is part of the MTRF laboratory team. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, 2+ years of related experience, and an ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade I certification.

Qualifications

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and durability testing on supplementary cementitious materials.
• Assist or take lead with concrete testing and other projects.
• Responsible for laboratory housekeeping.
• Regular attendance and timeliness.
• Forklift training and operation.
• Collect test data, generate material performance reports, and submit to management for approval.
