Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Good math skills are essential.
• Able to lift and handle up to 50 lbs and operate measurement instruments.
• Willing to learn sampling and testing methods and use computers.
• Ability to read instructions and work with others without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize laboratory methodologies for testing petroleum products.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot operations.
• Document procedures, results and data for quality management and compliance.
• Generate laboratory data reports and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain calibration and equipment records and assist in audits.
