About The Role

You’ll conduct routine and specialized testing on production batches and finished goods, support regulatory compliance, and help maintain a clean, efficient lab environment. This is a hands-on opportunity to grow your skills in a collaborative setting with one-on-one training and real-world troubleshooting experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control testing on production batches and finished products per SOPs and FDA/GMP guidelines.
- Perform instrumental analyses using HPLC, GC, TOC, and other analytical tools.
- Record, evaluate, and report test results; identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Approve and document batch releases, including paperwork and data entry.
- Investigate customer complaints and retest returned goods for quality assurance.
- Maintain and calibrate lab equipment and ensure cleanliness of the QC area.
- Assist in raw material inspection and environmental monitoring.
- Author and revise SOPs and microbiological test methods.
- Collaborate across shifts to ensure continuity and share critical testing updates.
- Support special projects, validations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills And Qualifications
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific field.
- Technical Skills:Proficiency in wet chemistry, titration, pH testing, and instrumental analysis (HPLC, GC).
- Experience:Familiarity with GMP environments, lab safety protocols, and data analysis.
- Soft Skills:Detail-oriented, organized, and a strong communicator with a collaborative mindset.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
